Charles F. (Chuck) Mansfield, Jr.

A native New Yorker, a former Marine, a former banker and an author, "Chuck" Mansfield is a management consultant whose areas of expertise include finance, strategic planning, bank credit policy, asset-liability management, commercial lending, bank regulation, merger and acquisition advisory, marketing, business transformation, investment management and corporate communications.

He is also a director/trustee of the Federated Funds of Federated Investors, Inc., a Pittsburgh-based mutual fund complex with over $300 billion of assets under management and listed on the New York Stock Exchange. He also serves as chairman of the Funds' audit committee.
